Q. I live outside the United Kingdom (UK), can I buy from Fairfresh?

A. Fairfresh Mobility only sells to residents within the UK, we will not send our mobility products outside of the country. If you live outside of the UK - you cannot buy from Fairfresh Mobility without a UK postal address.

Fairfresh Health ships worldwide. If you live outside of the UK we will happily send our Fairfresh Health products to you.

Q. Can I order from Fairfresh Health and Fairfresh Mobility at the same time?

A. Fairfresh Health and Fairfresh Mobility are two departments in one business. You can order from both sections of our website and add products to the same shopping cart to pay once. Note that mobility and health products will be sent seperatly in the post, due to size restrictions. The total postage price is shown clearly in the shopping cart checkout.

Q. Do I need to register to shop on your website?

A. Registration is not needed to shop on our site.

Q. How come your Prices are so Low?

A. We do not have retail premises and hence pass our cost savings on to you giving you some of the best deals on the web.

Q. Can I order over the telephone?

A. No, sorry not at the moment. Orders can be easily placed on the website though.

Q. Which payment methods do you accept?

A. Credit/Debit card, personal cheque and postal orders are all accepted. However, for any purchase that is made by cheque or crossed postal order there will be a delay in dispatch, as we wait for these payments to clear in our bank first.

Q. Do you charge VAT?

A. No, our products have no VAT charged as we are not registered for VAT.

Q. Can my personal details get passed on?

A. FairFresh will never disclose or pass on your email or any other personal details to any third party.

Q. Will I get any confirmation when I order?

A. Yes, shortly after your order is placed you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been accepted. You will also be sent an email when your item has been dispatched.

Q. After ordering, how long will it be until I can expect my goods?

A. Delivery is usually 3-4 working days. Large Items are shipped by Parcel force and require a signature. If you miss your delivery it can be redelivered at an alternative date and to a local post office if more convenient. Smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail.

If goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time we will contact you to let you know of this and ask if you wish to continue with your transaction. We will give you the opportunity to cancel either part of the order, or the entire order. Should your choice of colour not be available for immediate dispatch, we will also advise you if other colour choices are available should you decide to have another colour instead of your original choice.

Q. How secure is your website?

A. The shopping cart program we use to take payments has no logging devices and we have no way of getting your credit card details. We don't even see your credit card number as it goes straight to our Merchant payment system (Paypal or Moneybookers) which is encrypted with key 128 bit secure sockets Layer (SSL) protocol for maximum internet security.
