Our products are all checked before dispatch and we make every
effort to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition and
that they are what you have ordered!
If you should have a problem, please contact us within 7 days of
receipt of your purchase. We will do our best to sort any problems
out.
After you have contacted us, we will then be happy to exchange your
item, or refund you. Provided the goods are returned to us, in the
original undamaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
We regret that we cannot refund your return postage or packaging
costs.
