Shipping Policy
Estimated Delivery
Delivery is usually 3-4 working day. Large Items are shipped by
Parcel force and require a signature. If you miss your delivery it
can be redelivered at an alternative date and to a local post office
if more convenient. Smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail.
If goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time we will email
you to advise you of this, and if there is to be a delay, ask if you
wish to continue with the transaction and offering you the
opportunity to cancel, change or part deliver your order.
Dispatch
For the Mobility Department we do not ship world
wide; all Mobility Department products may only
be shipped to within the UK. Any orders for the Mobility &
Anti-Aging Department products to an address outside of the UK will
not be valid so the price paid them particular items will be paid
back to you; we will still ship any products from the Health &
Beauty Department you had ordered. Place your order today and we aim to dispatch
within 24hrs of cleared payment - excluding Sundays & Bank Holidays.
Postage
Postage and packaging costs for the Mobility
Department are calculated differently compared to the Health &
Beauty Department. No matter how many products you order on
the Mobility Department the total shipping cost for
them items will always be around £6.00 in total.
Any products you have ordered (within the same basket/checkout) from
the Health & Beauty Department will have an additional postage cost
added onto the £6.00, dependent on the weight of the products.

Shipping Options
We offer different types of shipping options depending on where you reside. Each time you click "add to basket" you will be taken to the shopping cart or you may click the "Checkout" button in the top menu of our website to be taken there without adding any further items. The "Current shipping" drop down list displays the cost of each delivery method available to you.
Packaging
Fairfresh aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Orders are nearly always sent out in recyclable or recycled boxes. We save packaging and boxes from our suppliers and local businesses. Every item purchased will be packaged and posted with care.
