We have tried to ensure that any information given on our site is accurate. However, no warranty is given for any misrepresentation or any liability taken.
Processing of Orders.
Credit Cards
If payment has been declined by your card issuer, FairFresh shall not be responsible for costs or inconvenience caused by any subsequent delay in dispatch.
Cheques
Payment by cheque is accepted. However, we will not dispatch your purchase until your payment has cleared in our bank. So there will be a delay in posting all purchases made by cheque.
Postal Orders
Postal Orders will be returned if not accepted at the Post office counter. An alternative payment will need to be made before order is shipped
Delivery
Delivery is usually 3-4 working day. Large Items are shipped by
Parcel force and require a signature. If you miss your delivery it
can be redelivered at an alternative date and to a local post office
if more convenient. Smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail.
If goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time we will email
you to advise you of this, and if there is to be a delay, ask if you
wish to continue with the transaction and offering you the
opportunity to cancel, change or part deliver your order.
Damage
We do not accept responsibility for damage in transit, however breakage is highly unlikely because we package everything safely and securely.
Confidentiality
Fairfresh will not pass on, or disclose buyer’s information to any third party.
Business Names
FairFresh is a privately owned family company and may be referred to as "we", "us", or similar in documentation and guarantees. We have two departments on our website which include (1) "Health & Beauty Products", and (2) "Mobility Products" however they are both part of the main "FairFresh" business.
Department Definition
We classify and define a department as the following: "A division of a business specializing in a particular product or service". By purchasing on our website you agree to this definition and that you understand all these terms and conditions. The departments on our website are shown and differentiated clearly by the tag-line under the main "FairFresh" logo in the banner at the top of the page you are visiting; by purchasing you declare you notice the difference.
Department Variation
Both website departments have very similar policies, terms and
conditions however there may be small variations on either
department; you are personally responsible for reading the policies,
terms and conditions relating to the relevant department dependant
on the products you purchase.
Products which you "add to cart" are subject to the policies, terms
and conditions which are linked directly to that page via the links
in the "page footer" at the very bottom of the page; for each item
you purchase you agree to the policies, terms and conditions linked
directly to that products page. When purchasing items from both
departments, either in the same checkout or on separate occasions,
you agree to the policies, terms and conditions on both departments.
