A. No, sorry not at the moment. Orders can be easily placed though on the website.

Q. What are your postage prices?

A. Postage costs are worked out from the combined weight of items ordered and the price based on Royal mail prices with a small amount added for packing materials. Post and Packing costs per item are usually substantially less when several items are ordered together so sometimes adding a 2nd item will not inflict any further postage costs.

Q. Will I get any confirmation when I order?

A. Yes, shortly after your order is placed you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been accepted. You will also be sent an email when your item has been dispatched.

Q. After ordering, how long will it be until I can expect my goods?

A. Where possible we aim to ship your purchases within 48 hrs of cleared payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You will get an e-mail dispatch note when your item is posted, so that you know your purchase is on its way.

Q. If a product is not in stock will my credit card still be charged?

A. If any item is out of stock you will not be able to order it anyway, as the shopping cart has a stock control on it.

Q. Can I change my order once I have made it?

A. Most orders are sent out within the first 24hrs of ordering. You may e-mail us and if possible we will amend your order, if it has not already been dispatched.

A. Fairfresh aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Orders are nearly always sent out in recyclable or recycled boxes. We save packaging and boxes from our suppliers and local businesses. Every item purchased will be packaged and posted with care.
