Direction for use

Simply run a warm bath and add 10ml of bath oil to the water while mixing in gently. Then relax in the bath for at least 15 minutes and let those essential oils get to work all around you.

When used in hot water the skins pores will open, allowing the essential and carrier oils to be rapidly absorbed and for the Arthritis and Rheumatism Bath Oil to do its job.
